Qos|cWhat a sub-processor is
A sub-processor is an external provider we use to deliver the service to you: the company that hosts the servers, stores the files, sends the email, or processes an AI request. Each acts on our instructions. None of them may use your data for its own purposes or sell it.
Providers that run the service
These providers operate the service today. The list is kept current; nothing else receives your data.

The AI provider
OpenAI is the only AI provider in use today. What is sent, what is masked first, and how to turn the features off is described on the AI usage page. If another provider is added, this list is updated before it starts processing.
Systems you connect yourself
If you connect your own Microsoft 365 or Google mailbox to Qos|c, that system is your provider, not our sub-processor. You create the connection and can remove it at any time. Identity management (Keycloak) runs on our own servers and is not a third party.
Change notice
When a sub-processor is added or replaced, this page is updated and customers under agreement are notified within a reasonable period beforehand. Questions: hello@qos.center.
