Terms of Service

Draft — pending legal review.

These terms govern your access to and use of the Qos|c website and application. By using the service you agree to them.

Current service provider

The current Qos|c service provider and data controller for this website’s contact data is Cüneyt Çakar. Qos Technologies is the venture name and is not yet incorporated.

The service

Qos|c provides one integrated operating product for enterprise execution. First-party capabilities may evolve as the product develops, but they remain part of that single product.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the information you provide, and for keeping credentials secure. You must comply with applicable laws when using the service.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content.

Customer data

You retain ownership of the data you put into the service. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you. We process it under the Privacy Policy and your agreement.

Plans and billing

Paid plans govern committed seats, included usage, billing interval and service terms. Metered usage and optional commercial offers are billed under the order or agreement in force. Taxes may apply. Early-access and trial terms may differ.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited as set out in your agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

SEE QOS IN YOUR OWN OPERATION

Let us run one of your real workflows through QOS.
