Qos|c provides an operating system for enterprise execution. Features, packages and availability may change as the product evolves.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the information you provide, and for keeping credentials secure. You must comply with applicable laws when using the service.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content.

Customer data

You retain ownership of the data you put into the service. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you. We process it under the Privacy Policy and your agreement.

Plans and billing

Paid plans and packages are billed per the order or agreement in force. Taxes may apply. Early-access and trial terms may differ.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited as set out in your agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
