Assets

Qos tracks equipment identity, components, location history and related records together. Maintenance, documents and follow-up work reference the same equipment.

Resources

The people, equipment, materials or capacity needed to do a job. In Qos, the need, the resources set aside and their actual use are tracked without losing their connections.

Calibration

Qos provides record and maintenance workflows for tracking measuring instruments' calibration dates, results and supporting information alongside the relevant equipment.

Metering and consumption

Qos tracks meter readings alongside the relevant area and equipment. Daily and monthly consumption, main-to-submeter differences and defined thresholds draw on the same measurement records.

Sustainability

Where energy, water and other environmental data comes from, which site it belongs to and how it is assessed. Qos's direction in sustainability is to bring this information together on a traceable basis.
