  • Tenant – Your organization. You sign in with a user and tenant; the system scopes all data to that tenant.
  • Workspace – A team or project inside the tenant. Documents, approvals, and training are workspace-scoped.
  • User – Your identity (and role) within the tenant. Your admin assigns access to workspaces.
