The current Qos|c service provider and data controller for this website’s contact data is Cüneyt Çakar. Qos Technologies is the venture name and is not yet incorporated.
Optional Google Analytics on this website
If you allow it, we load Google Analytics on qos.center to measure page visits, campaign sources, demo-link clicks and forms accepted by our server. The tag does not load before your permission. Analytics cookies use this website’s host and expire after at most 90 days without renewal by this integration. We remember your permission choice in this browser for 90 days. You can refuse or withdraw it using “Google Analytics preference” at the bottom of the page; withdrawal stops further measurement and removes this integration’s Analytics cookies, but does not erase data already sent. We do not send your form name, email, company or message, application identity, or arbitrary URL query values to Google. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in this integration. Google processes analytics data; this is not anonymous browsing. The site also uses the separate Vercel Web Analytics service for traffic statistics; the Google Analytics choice does not control that existing service. The demo form remains available without Google Analytics permission.
Data we collect
Account and contact details you provide (name, work email, company), content you create in the product, and technical data such as IP address, device and usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
To provide and improve the service, authenticate you, communicate about your account, ensure security, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Legal bases
We process data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in running and securing the service, with your consent where required, and to comply with law.
Sharing
We share data with infrastructure and sub-processors that operate the service under contract, and where required by law. A list of sub-processors is available on request.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
