This notice describes how Qos|c processes personal data under Türkiye’s Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

Website data controller

The current Qos|c service provider and data controller for this website’s contact data is Cüneyt Çakar. Qos Technologies is the venture name and is not yet incorporated.

Processing purposes

Personal data is processed to deliver the service, manage contracts and accounts, ensure information security, fulfil legal obligations, and respond to requests.

Legal grounds

Processing relies on the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, explicit consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations under KVKK Art. 5–6 / GDPR Art. 6.

Transfers

Where data is transferred to service providers or abroad, we apply the safeguards required by KVKK and GDPR, including contractual protections.

Data subject rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction, deletion, and object to certain processing.
